Sue has been a physiotherapist for over 30 years, having spent 20 of these years with the Dale Charles Physiotherapy group. Sue trained in England and immigrated to Canada in 1982. Canada was an instant fit for her and she met her husband Alan within a few weeks of arriving, and has never looked back! They have two adult children and have embraced the Okanagan fully, spending their leisure time 'Moving for Life' by skiing, sailing and cycling.

Sue heads up the work conditioning program and works with insurance companies providing return to work planning services. She is also one of the clinic's Certified Functional Capacity Evaluators, providing lawyers and insurers with functional information to assist them with litigation and claim resolution.

Sue provides hydrotherapy services for the City of Penticton's "React" program and provides physiotherapy treatments to patients in their homes when required.

When not working as an associate of Dale Charles physiotherapy, Sue is a case manager for Banyan Work Health Solutions and provides onsite physiotherapy at the Weyerhaeuser Mill in Princeton.
